We want to prevent any issues that may come up as you browse through our collection. That’s why we’ve provided comprehensive answers to some of our most frequently asked questions, which are listed below.

When will I receive my item?

We do our best to ship your item within 2 working days and all items are sent via 1st class postage or Courier for larger items to the UK and standard international mail to the rest of the world.  We are unable to guarantee delivery dates and would ask that any international deliveries are allowed up to 28 days to arrive and UK deliveries 7 days so please order your item in plenty of time.

If you would like a faster shipping option such as a tracked and signed service please contact us and we will do our best to arrange this for you.

What is your return policy?

If you have any problems with your order please do get in touch.

Any non-customised orders can be returned in their original unopened packaging within 14 days of receipt and a credit note will be issued.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and return postage is non-refundable (please obtain proof of return postage).

Customised items are non-returnable.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we do. You can order them on our website for any amount starting

from £5 and they can be redeemed through our site as full or

part payment on orders at checkout.

Can I make a bespoke order?
